Billing, cancellation and refunds
Recurring contributions renew monthly or annually at the full amount selected, until canceled. Annual plans are charged in full with no annual discount. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the paid period.
Refund requests are reviewed individually; there are no automatic prorated refunds. Contact robgreenlee@gmail.com with your receipt reference and the reason for your request. Do not send card numbers. No charitable tax deduction is promised.

How public recognition and privacy work
Recognition is off by default. An active supporter can explicitly submit a display name and eligible professional or business details. A separate review prevents inappropriate links or logos appearing publicly. Withdraw consent in your account to remove recognition immediately. This does not cancel billing; Manage billing is a separate control.
Public profiles never include email addresses, billing details or private customer identifiers. Necessary account and payment references stay within this property. Contributions do not subscribe you to marketing email. Read the site privacy policy; read the supporter terms and account-information notice for program details. Necessary financial records are reviewed under the seven-year record-review policy in the supporter terms, with longer retention when an unresolved matter or legal obligation requires it.
Can supporters suggest topics or influence coverage?
Industry Supporters may suggest discussion topics. Suggestions do not guarantee coverage, guest appearances, endorsements or preferential treatment. Editorial decisions stay with New Media Show.
